a little bit about me
The Early Years
I'm a lifelong entrepreneur and self starter. Way before this thing called the internet, I got my first job at the age of 12 (!) delivering the Toronto Star newspaper. 7 days a week, rain or shine (or snow).
That same sense of initiative has stuck with me to today. Thanks to some great early clients that put their faith in me, I achieved the President's Gold honour for sales volume in only my second full year as a Realtor.
(Urban) Experience Counts
The core urban market is notoriously competitive and fast paced. Inventory changes hourly and the best listings go fast. It's my job to identify and track the best properties and neighbourhoods, and stay one step ahead of competitors. Whether buying or selling, you should expect concise and timely answers to your questions, not fluff.
The Stress Test
In the heat of negotiations, keeping cool and calm is a must. Decisions need to be based on your actual needs and objectives, not by the stress of the moment. Real estate is pressure packed to begin with - it's my job to keep my clients clear headed and focused.
Working by Referral
I work almost exclusively by referral - what this means is that instead of running around chasing new clients, I prefer to take good care of the clients I already have. I draw on 10+ years experience as a downtown Toronto Realtor, property investor, business owner and resident. My pledge to every client is nothing less than flawless service from beginning to end.
